The Commission developed a new video, “Access to Justice: A Journey for a Lifetime,” aimed at law students. The nine-minute video introduces students to legal aid and pro bono by showcasing real-life experiences of law students working at legal aid organizations.
 

The Commission hosted a 25th Anniversary Gala benefiting the Texas Access to Justice Foundation on May 27, 2009, at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center in Austin. Proceeds from the event, which will be used to fund legal aid services for poor Texans, totaled more than $296,000. The evening featured a video memorializing the 25-year history, highlighting some key milestones and figures integral to the Foundation.

 A Corporate Effort, similar to The Difference is You video, features corporate attorneys' pro bono efforts.
