Texas Forum on Self-Represented Litigants and the Courts

The Forum is also funded in part by a generous grant from the Texas Bar Foundation and the Dallas Bar Foundation.
In order to accommodate the maximum number of interested participants, the registration deadline for the Texas Forum on Self Represented Litigants and the Courts has been extended.
Registrations will be accepted on a rolling basis until maximum capacity is reached. However, registration and scholarship requests received by March 4 at 5pm will be given priority.

Agenda: Check out the agenda and brochure to read the schedule of speakers and topics that will address these three questions:
1. How do self-represented litigants affect Texas courts?
2. How do other states address the issue of self-representation?

Continuing Education: The County and District Clerks' Association of Texas has approved the Forum from 12.5 hours of continuing education. An application for MCLE credit is pending.
How to Register: Registration is free but limited to 125 invited participants.

Scholarships: Travel reimbursement of up to $250 may be awarded to attendees who work more than 35 miles from Dallas. The scholarship application is at the bottom of the registration form.
